So here's what it looks like at the end of Tuesday, August 7th. You'll notice that BGE has not been out to move the electrical wires from overhead and then bury them underground! They tell us that will happen on 8/16--if we're very good and pay our bill on time. Meanwhile, the construction crew has moved the two insulated wires down to the first floor but has to work "carefully" around the "hot" wire on the second floor.
